Refundable tour packages (priced $1,700–$2,200 per person) may be cancelled up to 30 days before the departure date for a full refund. Cancellations made 15–29 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.
Non-refundable packages (priced $1,249–$1,799 per person) cannot be refunded under any circumstances once the booking is confirmed. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for these bookings. In the event of Voyarica cancelling the tour, a full credit or refund will be issued.
To cancel a booking, email cancellations@voyarica.com with your reservation code (starting with Vr2720). Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions or other force majeure events, Voyarica will offer a full credit valid for 24 months or a partial refund at the company's discretion.
Voyarica reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational, safety or weather conditions. No refund will be issued for minor changes. Significant changes will be communicated at least 14 days before departure with the option to cancel with a full refund.
Booking name changes may be accommodated up to 21 days before departure for a $75 administration fee. Bookings are not transferable to third parties.

We collect personal information you provide when making a booking, including your full name, email address, phone number, passport details, payment information and travel preferences. We also collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser type and usage analytics.
Your data is used to process bookings, communicate reservation updates, personalize your experience, process payments via Stripe, comply with legal obligations, and send marketing communications (only with your explicit consent).
We share your information only with our trusted service providers: airlines, hotels, tour operators, and our payment processor Stripe. We never sell your personal data to third parties. All partners are bound by strict data protection agreements.
All data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We are PCI DSS compliant and conduct regular security audits.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at privacy@voyarica.com to exercise these rights.

We retain booking data for 7 years as required by financial regulations. Marketing data is deleted within 2 years of last interaction or immediately upon request.

By booking a tour with Voyarica, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Voyarica Global Tours Ltd.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is required at time of booking. Prices are per person and in USD.
You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas and other required travel documents. Voyarica is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to inadequate documentation.
Travelers must be in good health to participate in tours. Voyarica reserves the right to deny participation to any traveler whose condition may affect the safety of the group. We recommend consulting your physician before travel.
We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost baggage and personal liability. Voyarica is not responsible for personal losses, injury or illness during travel.
Voyarica's liability is limited to the cost of the tour package. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed connections or events beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
